Terms of Use
These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which governs your license to the PokerSharp app. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Educational simulation only
PokerSharp teaches and simulates no-limit Texas Hold’em. It does not offer real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, betting accounts, or chips with monetary value. Educational feedback and simulated results do not guarantee financial or poker results elsewhere.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account and for providing accurate information. You may not share access in a way that defeats subscription limits, interfere with the service, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected services except where law permits, or use PokerSharp for unlawful activity.
Subscriptions
PokerSharp Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app displays the duration and localized price before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the account and manages trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its rules. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting a PokerSharp account does not automatically cancel Apple billing.
Content and licenses
PokerSharp software, original art, lessons and branding belong to GS ENTERTAINMENT GLOBAL LLC or its licensors. A subscription grants a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. Third-party materials are identified on the Licenses and Attributions page.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features and may take reasonable action to protect the service. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement during its verified access period except for refund, revocation, fraud, abuse, legal necessity, or platform action.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PokerSharp is provided “as is” and “as available” without promises that every educational recommendation will fit every real-world opponent or game. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The warranty, liability, governing-law, and third-party-beneficiary provisions in the Standard EULA also apply.
